If you are not perfectly satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition with all tags and hygiene seals intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Pack Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the hygiene seal has not been removed.

  Ship Package

  Print your prepaid shipping label (if applicable) and drop the package off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
